Stone Roses fans are getting a sneak peek at their upcoming chance to relive the band's recent reunion. Earlier this week, the first trailer for the new documentary "The Stone Roses: Made of Stone" made its debut online.
Directed by self-proclaimed superfan Shane Meadows, the film tells the story of the band's 2011 regrouping and their highly anticipated homecoming shows in Manchester last summer. But it also delves into the history of their meteoric rise and subsequent fall.
"Made of Stone" is scheduled to premiere in Manchester on May 30th. It will hit theaters in the U.K. on June 5th, but a U.S. release date has yet to be announced.
In the meantime, the Stone Roses are set to take the stage in Indio, California again this Friday for the second weekend of the Coachella music festival.
