Now that the 2014 Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame class is officially inducted, it's time to look ahead at the possibilities for the next group of deserving rockers.

Rolling Stone magazine, whose publisher, Jann Wenner, is co-founder of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, has put together a list that they are calling the "20 Classic Artists Still Not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame."

No two people could ever agree on the worthiness of every artist on the list, but some of the names suggested are just asinine. Personally, I disagree with 13 of the 20 (listed below)

1. The Shangri-Las

2. Dolly Parton

3. Kraftwerk

4. LL Cool J

5. Kate Bush

6. The Cure

7. Iron Maiden

8. Depeche Mode

9. Slayer

10. Afrika Bambaataa

11. The Smiths

12. Whitney Houston

13. N.W.A.

Without getting into a huge debate over why the 13 above are "unworthy", I'll simply say that it's mostly due to the fact that they should get in line behind 25 others that I find much more worthy. In the case of some others, to me...they just aren't "rock and roll", and shouldn't even be a part of the conversation.

In no particular order, here are my TOP 25 (SHOULD BE) HALL OF FAMERS

1. The Moody Blues

2. Bon Jovi

3. Steve Miller

5. Joan Jett

6. Bad Company

7. Journey

8. The Cars

9. Def Leppard

10. Cheap Trick

11. Stevie Ray Vaughan

12. Jethro Tull

13. Joe Cocker

14. Foreigner

15. Pat Benatar

16. The Doobie Brothers

17. Jimmy Buffett

18. Boston

19. Dire Straits

20. Grand Funk

21. Deep Purple
