The Junior League of Asheville's presents the Be the Change Challenge, a 5K fundraiser, to be held on April 15th. You can skip, hop, walk, run, or race the event, which will begin across the street from Pleb and follow along the Greenway with an ending celebration at Pleb Urban Winery. There will also be a virtual race option from April 1st – 16th, where you sign up and participate on a course of your choosing (or a treadmill).
This event is a fundraiser that will support the Be the Change Grant and programs of the Junior League of Asheville. JLA will be awarding $5,000 through the Be the Change Grant to regional Western North Carolina nonprofits, with a focus on organizations that serve vulnerable individuals and children.
