A woman was caught on camera KEYING up a random vehicle.
This happened last summer at a park in North Carolina, but the video is going going viral now.
The video also has a bonus clip. The camera also filmed a guy trying to open the car's door handle to see if it's unlocked. It's not, so he walks away.
