YouTube Is Removing The DISLIKE Button


YouTube announced it's decision to remove the dislike counter from videos across it's platforms in efforts to protect their content creators from harassment, and reduce the threat of "dislike attacks." These dislike attacks have been commonplace for a couple of years now, especially in reference to "armies." For example, if a content creator, or public figure said something negative about BTS... the "BTS FAN ARMY" would launch dislike attacks on all platforms those figures would be on.
