It is a fact that we love college baseball. It is exciting (unlike the major leagues) it is high scoring and interesting things happen in college baseball. Take this for example: A college baseball player made his debut for Sacramento State last Friday . . . and got hit by a pitch SEVEN TIMES in his first eight at-bats. The announcer couldn't believe it kept happening. The kid's name is Matt Masciangelo. It was during a double-header, and then he also got hit in his first at-bat the next day. So it was really eight of his first nine. One was with the bases loaded, so it wasn't on purpose and he did get an RBI for that one. It's like a real-life baseball version of the old "Scott Sterling" YouTube videos.
